Dua After Hearing the Adhan

After the call to prayer (Adhan) finishes, it is recommended to repeat its phrases quietly and then recite a specific supplication asking Allah to grant the Prophet ﷺ a special, elevated status.

The dua

'Allahumma Rabba hadhihid-da'watit-tammah, was-salatil-qa'imah, ati Muhammadanil-wasilata wal-fadilah, wab'athhu maqaman mahmudanil-ladhi wa'adtah' (O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, grant Muhammad the intercession and favor, and raise him to the praised station You promised him).

This is followed by sending salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ, and is a short but meaningful moment inserted naturally into the daily rhythm of the five prayers.
